Chocolate Fondue
2 bags chocolate chips
1 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tsp real vanilla flavoring (or a dollop, as I like to say)
For best results - use a fondue pot. Set it to the lowest setting,
pour in all ingredients, and keep stirring until it's nicely melted.
This can be done over a double boiler or even just on the stove,
but again, heat should be low and the stirring should be constant.
When you've got chocolate-melty goodness use bamboo skewers (or
fondue forks, of course) to dip in whatever you desire
strawberries,
angle food cake, bananas, marshmallows, etc.
