Pigs in a Blanket

Of course I'm using the term "pigs" very loosely as you can substitute lots of things in this recipe. You will need:

A can or two of biscuit dough
Package soy dogs
or real wieners
or chicken apple sausage
optional: cheese

Preheat the oven to 375. Roll out each biscuit with a rolling pin until they are about ¼ inch thick. The amount of dough you will need to wrap around your pig depends on the size of your pig - if they are small wieners you can cut the biscuits in half long-ways, if they are bigger you can wrap a whole biscuit around it. Optional - cut a stick of cheese a little shorter than the hot dog and wrap it inside the biscuit, too; just make sure the cheese is completely covered in dough otherwise the melted cheese will become a mess in your oven. Bake on a non-stick cookie pan (or one lined with parchment paper) for 12-18 minutes, or until browned. Serve with condiments of your choice.
